2017 Spring Baseball and Softball Registration
Welcome to registration for the Pennsbury Athletic Association’s (PAA) Spring 2016 Baseball and Softball Season. We're excited about the upcoming season and look forward to working with you to create a great experience for our players and families on and off the field.
Baseball Level – Player’s Age on April 30, 2017 (this will be automatically filled out for you based on the entered birth date)
Softball Level – Year of Birth (this will be automatically filled out for you based on the entered birth date)
Volunteer Requirements for PAA
With the hopes of creating a culture engagement across all members, as well as to help improve the financial position of PAA, we are initiating a volunteer requirement for the Spring of 2017
This commitment is three (3) hours per family, or a $50 fee. The fee will be collected at registration and reimbursed once your family has fulfilled the three (3) hour commitment.
Managers (head coaches) of teams will receive a refund on this (unless they wish to leave it with the league)
The volunteer opportunities will largely be in making the snack bars at our fields volunteer-run, but other volunteer options may be added as well.
For those families unable to volunteer; or whom wish to leave their fee with The PAA, you fee will be used for capital improvements to the facilities, investments into programming for the boys and girls, and to improve the general financial viability of The PAA.
PAA District Boundaries
To be eligible to play in PAA, a player must live, or go to school, within our District. Our District encompasses all of Lower Makefield Township, PA; Yardley Borough, PA; Morrisville Borough, PA and the portions of Falls Township, PA that lie west and north of Route 1 and Business Route 1 (Old Lincoln Highway).
If you are registering more than two players in your family this season, you will receive a $50 discount on the third, fourth or any additional child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.
For 8U, 10U, 12U campers with basic and next level skills.
Geared towards experienced softball youth (10U, 12U) and teenage (14U, 16U) campers to prepare them for Travel/Club softball tryouts (usually August). An emphasis on speed, power, and awareness is stressed as the keys to employing the advanced technical and tactical aspects of this sport.
